How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. You may view your tracking information online at www.usps.com. Please allow 5-7 businesses days for your order status to change.

Holiday's will take longer 7-14 businesses days

How do I return an item?

You can exchange only by emailing 32andlavender@gmail.com. You have 7 days to return item with a $10.00 restock fee

Once item is checked you will be offered an exchange if in stock or a store credit (gift card).

- No washed items are returnable
- No worn items are returnable
- No torn items are returnable
- No perfumed items are returnable
- No body odored items are returnable

All sale items or any promo deals are final sale no return or exchange
